Please be aware that there are times we might be unable to answer the phone, such as when we are catering someone else's party. Please leave a message with as much detail as possible.

Please also note that while we may be able to give you a “rough guide” when you first call us, we will not be able to provide you with a detailed quotation on the spot and the “rough guide” is to be considered as an indicator and is in no way binding.

Terms & Conditions

The Cambridge Barbecue Company will provide you with a free quotation for catering your event. Upon acceptance of a quotation you will be asked to provide us with a £100 booking deposit. Please note that your booking is only secured upon our receipt of this deposit and that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation.

The outstanding balance of our fee is payable either by cash on the day of the event or by a cheque payable five working days before your event.

Please note that The Cambridge Barbecue Company has a minimum charge requirement.
